* New source tarball without the krb5 sources removed

debian/likewise-open5-libs.install: Reenable private likewise krb5 library
since code is incompatible with karmic krb5 1.7 new GSSAPI (LP: #385475)
* debian/patches/karmic-ftbfs.diff: Avoid FTBFS in karmic due to
new compiler warnings and bad configure.ac syntax
* debian/rules: Remove deprecated dh_desktop call
