Public bug reported:
I've installed Istanbul from Ubuntu repositories over my Dapper.
The program is installed with no errors prompted. It opens correctly
too, with no erros prompted also.
But when I do a left click over the tray icon of Istanbul, the recording
does not start as expected. The icon changes from a red ball to a grey
square but nothing happens beyond there. There is no significante
Processor usage coming from Istanbul.
I've followed instructions for recording as shown as in a demonstration
video from Istanbul website to be sure that I'm proceeding correctly.
I've tried in many form but the recording does not start at all. So,
this application is not working properly.
Please, fix that. I'm availuable for any further details.
