Binary package hint: kdebase
Goto KDE 3.4 System Settings/Mouse/Cursor Theme
Select Contrast Large mouse theme.
Problem: The Text input cursor has no border.
The black cursor is invisible over a black background such as a black console
window.
Expected behaviour: The cursor should have a border as all the other
cursor in all the other themes have, e.g. a small white border for a
black cursor.
