I've found a dirty fix to make sound available again:

You have to obtain kernel source and remove or comment line 17138 and
recompile it:

alsa-kernel/pci/hda/patch-realtek.c:17138,

    { .id = 0x10ec0272, .name = "ALC272", .patch = patch_alc662 }
