Well, Arnaud found his "bug" already. Either using actions or timeouts
with notifications, if notify-osd is the handling notification-daemon,
you'll get the fallback-dialog. According to
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/NotificationDevelopmentGuidelines notifications
should not use either of these. notify-osd has this fallback-dialog to
more bluntly point out the discouraged use of them.
