Binary package hint: scim
Setup: Ubuntu 9.04 x86_64, im-switch -s scim-bridge
Scim-bridge 1.4.7 did not function, so I installed 1.4.9, which worked
once or so but has since ceased working.
Symptoms:
1) scim-bridge is launched but crashes (see log)
2) The GTK panel icon appears but left-clicking on it does not yield the
language menu.
