original reporter described the problem with...
modemmanger is supposed to handles the differences between various modem
families, and a single bug that just says broadband doesn't work isn't
very helpful to upstream. I've created a specific upstream bug for
your problem ( Verizon HW ), and will do the same for this bug once I
get the model number and modem manager debug details from kylea.
kylea, please see if you can find the modem model # on the outside of
your hardware, and also please follow the steps to add modem manager
debug output to the bug. Thanks
