Public bug reported:

When I tried to install digikam I got the message that lipgpod4-nogtk isn't
compatible and needs to be removed.
So I tried to remove it. But then it would have removed amarok (what I
absolutely didn't want to do)
Therefore I removed ligpod4-nogtk with dpkg --force-all
Then I installed libgpod4 without an problem (and amorok worked)
But while installing digikam the libgpod4 package complained that its
installation failed.

My Ubuntu version is 9.04
