@Tristian, from the error messages from the photo you attached to the bug report I suspect that your Toshiba BIOS is corrupting memory during the suspend/resume cycle. Since this is out of our control, I suspect there is very little we can do to fix this at all.
It may be worth looking at either seeing if you can upgrade your BIOS (but there is always a risk with BIOS upgrades) and re-testing.
