Guh, I just did this outside of my plugins branch; the changes are
orthogonal. Note that we couldn't remove the dependency on glade,
because we steal one of mythbuntu-common's glade files, which it must
use because that's what mythbuntu-control-center expects. Yikes.
I'll add those components to this bug, maybe they can convert too,
eventually letting ubiquity be glade-free.
