I'd like to address it still if possible. If you can reproduce it still
(usually dpkg-reconfigure mythtv-common would do the trick):
Then please modify /var/lib/dpkg/info/mythtv-common.postinst. Before
the case statement, please add:
set -x
Then run dpkg-reconfigure mythtv-common, and we can see exactly which
line is causing the NFS mounts to bork out.
