Public bug reported:
When any video is being played, and if subtitle is needed, on right-clicking it
directs(browse) directly to Home folder. It should browse to the folder in
which the video is lying as hardly the subtitles would be stored anywhere else
as if normally happens.
so for searching subtitles it totem should go for browsing directly to local
folder from where it is playing video as it hapens with VLC.
