this bug report seems to be no more active and actually looks like apt-
torrent is not really the best choice for Ubuntu. Therefore I'm changing
bug status to invalid. Feel free to re-open if anyone have some other
news about this or simply have a valid rationale to have apt-torrent
packaged into karmic.
