I can't get a connection using a T-Mobile web'n'walk Stick IV (Huawei
E176) in Karmic Koala. The icon of nm-applet just spins around never
finishes connecting.
I assume that the problem is related with NetworkManager's transition to
modemmanager, since there aren't/weren't any problems in:
- NetworkManager in Jaunty
- NetworkManager in Karmic before the update to the version using modemmanager
- Vodafone Mobile Connect from betavine.net in Karmic
