Binary package hint: cheese
Using Ubuntu Karmic up-to-date as of 17 August.
When I launch cheese, after a few seconds detecting the webcam, cheese
seems to find my webcam, but the picture remains totally black (I say
"seems" because I don't have a LED telling me if my cam is running or
not).
It worked fine with cheese 2.26 (Ubuntu 9.04), and I get a correct image
through gstreamer-properties webcam test, ekiga, etc.
