- Add {hardy,intrepid,jaunty}{,-proposed} distribution targets to
dpkg-dev-el.
- Add karmic{,-proposed} distribution targets; drop out the jaunty
non-proposed target, since uploads to the release pocket are not
permitted for stable releases.
