As per https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingKernelSuspendHibernateResume:
* It was an hibernate failure (the machine broke on the way to hibernation)
* So far I've only seen this happening once
* Hibernate has been working reliably in the past with Jaunty
* Cannot recall whether I had flashing caps-lock or not
* Attached output of:
* dmesg
* cat /proc/cmdline
* cat /etc/initramfs-tools/conf.d/resume (all after the first boot following
the failure)

Annotation: This occured during a previous hibernate and prevented it from
resuming properly.
