Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: evince

When I start evince it in any way - clicking on a pdf in nautilus,
starting it from a shell - it shows a dialog asking

Recover previous documents?
Evince appears to have exited unexpectedly the last time it was run. You can
recover the opened documents.

[Recover] [Don't recover]

Clicking either recover or not does not change the result: it says on the shell
Error: in load: file "/usr/share/uim/lib/sigscheme-init.scm" not found
and it exits.

Yet the file exists and it is world-readable:
pa...@andromeda:~$ ls -l /usr/share/uim/lib/sigscheme-init.scm
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 4185 2009-08-11 00:59
/usr/share/uim/lib/sigscheme-init.scm
