Hi Mike, I'm not sure if its the same issue or not, but "blanks on lid close" sounds similar to a certain class of bugs we can do quirk fixes for. Can you refer to this page about PipeA settings, and test that out to see if it resolves the problem? If so, include the info that is described there and I can request a quirk patch for it.
