re #16 : I have created a FAT partition on the harddrive and use a Freedos Bootdisk. re #17 : Thanks, this was the reply from the FOXCONN people too, They currently nderstand it is a BIOS problem and seem to be willing to fix it. I just checked and there is a new version of the bios (07) (date 8/18/09). It fixes a Vista problem when Cool n' Quiet is disabled. I hope they have rumaged enough to fix the problem for Linux. I'll upgrade my BIOS and give Feedback.
