Binary package hint: gnome-main-menu
If you have more than six items in your favorite applications, when you
first login to a new session, gnome-main-menu will only show the first
six. If you go to the "More Applications" menu and remove an item that
is already in there and then add it back in the other items (i.e. the
items over the first six) will now appear.
