I am so sorry...

Here I have mentioned clearly about the error report again. Please find
the screenshot as well attached below.

The error was that I was not able to select the volume icon for increase or 
decreasing the volume level.
I looks like it was faded and also video appears to work perfectly but did hear 
any noise from that player..

I tried playing various movie datum but no differences.

Another interesting was that I did a troubleshoot by adjusting the
'volume control' through 'system - preferences' option just changing the
'sound playback' options like OSS,ASLA and other...just changing it by
selecting any one of them and it worked...

Today I again faced this error.
