I didn't find registration link on the Drupal container. That might get in the way of users directly contributing to the site.
There aren't instructions on how one can contribute screencasts to the Drupal site on the ScreencastTeam wiki page. There are already hundreds of Ubuntu screencasts on the web. Why not start indexing/linking to some of those?
