Public bug reported:
HP Mini 110xp. Internal mic and internal speakers.
Mic get's no sound in (skype or reconrding app). Think I have pulse
configured correctly. Sound out sometimes works (feels delayed), but
randomly mutes and even after unmuting sound does not come back.
