- COPYRIGHT file in upstream tarball changed, and files libevent was removed. I
think you need to update debian/copyright
- You changed debian/rules and debian/patches/01_directory_names_fix.dpatch .
You should mention it on debian/changelog or removed this changes.
- Please update the adresse of the Maintainer to Ubuntu Developers

- Also you could update the get-orig-source target to use the new watch file.
