** Description changed:

  Binary package hint: gnome-system-tools

  Application: time-admin (in gnome-system-tools)
+
+ System: Ubuntu Feisty HERD 3 test.

I right-click on the GNOME's date & time gadget and select "Adjust Date
  & Time" from the menu.

  1) The [Synchronize now] button is disabled when configuration is "Keep
synchronized with internet servers". The button is enabled when
configurations is "Manual". This is very confusing.

Solution: The button should be enabled in both cases. When manual
configuration, synchronize once with ntp.ubuntu.com. Install all ntp
  packages automatically at installation !

  2) The dialog pictures in the documentation do not match reality. The
  documentation should be updated.
