Feranick This is a Jessops Digital LCD 8" Hi-Resolution Frame - if you are not familiar with the name Jessops is a UK chain of camera etc. shops. Presumably it is manufactured by one of the large companies, but I've been unable to find out which.
BTW - just to confirm - it works fine with a PC. Status in Ubuntu: New Bug description: Currently using Ubuntu 9.04, kernel 2.6.28-14-generic - but this has been going on for all releases. The photo frame presents itself as 4 usb drives.
