So it looks like they have removed the dependancies on libjinglexmpp and
libjinglexmllite...

Farsight is a better test case for this issue moving forward:

There are 2 problems here:
1) This bug - missing .so files for libjinglexmpp and libjinglexmllite
2) file naming convention conflict. Farsight is expecting the '-0.3'
extension, but libgstice.so is not.
