With the debug output we can see that the window is minimized.

Compiz effects confirm this behaviour: if I click on the button to
minimise or to close empathy contacts list window (or on Empathy's icon
on the systray) this window is minimised to the systray. But it seems
that this window isn't destructed. So, Cairo-Dock thinks this window is
minimised.

We think this is the first app with this kind of problem. (No problem
with pidgin, emesene that have the same behaviour).
