Yes we do.

libgettext-ruby not being in main is blocking serious ruby application
development (especially considering the amount of work necessary to get all the
MIRs done). So ultimately the addition of libgettext-ruby to main would allow
for much more ruby implementations to be done (and if necessary proposed for
main inclusion), enabling even more developers to target their applications on
Ubuntu as a reference distribution. It should be considered that this library
enables about any Ruby application to localize via gettext, including rails and
similar fancy systems. I'd also like to think that it not being in main will at
some point raise another MIR (with all attached dependencies) and again it will
be one application that is proposed for inclusion, and it being software will
again allow for implementations in languages other than Ruby.
Also, Celeste Lyn Paul (Kubuntu's usability guru) recently suggested that we
should enhance kubuntu-firefox-installer to a whole framework making it easier
to install a whole lot more popular apps that are not installed in the Kubuntu
default distribution, especially considering.

Yes, will be pulled in on the ISO.
