I used the medibuntu repository, installed:
http://packages.medibuntu.org/jaunty/mplayer.html
http://packages.medibuntu.org/jaunty/libamrwb3.html
http://packages.medibuntu.org/jaunty/libamrnb3.html
You have to use mplayer (or smplayer) to play your files. Cheers!
