I downloaded a working svg (attached, test_before_oo.svg), which renders
correctly in inkscape, eog, firefox. Then I opened in oo.org draw and
saved it as svg (test_after_oo.svg). The new file does not display
correctly in neither inkscape, eog, firefox (see attached
test_after_oo.jpg).
It seems the bug is in the svg algorithm in OO.org Draw (including
version 3.1.
