* Rebased to master Ubuntu-2.6.31-6.26 which brings the Dove branch up to
2.6.31-rc6.
* Dropped 'fixes to the Makefile system to enable out-of-tree compilation'
from the Dove repo in order to make in-tree builds work.
* Enabled the ubuntu directory drivers (aufs, compcache, etc).
