Hi ullix, I'm sorry you're having problems with the Ubuntu One web UI. I did a test with Firefox 3.0 and 3.5 in Ubuntu 9.04 with a small PDF. I was able to upload the PDF and then download the file without any errors.
Can you try uploading the PDF I'm attaching here and then downloading it to see if you get the same error?
