Unfortunately, the logs you provided are not going to be of any help
resolving this issue - the dpkg.log does not indicate why mythbackend is
not starting. If reinstalling mythbackend does not resolve this issue,
you might ask for more debugging help in the Mythbuntu forum
(http://ubuntuforums.org/forumdisplay.php?f=301).
