Is this decision marked as wont fix because Ubuntu does not intend to change the icons that the Empathy dev's choose to less confusing ones? Or is this marked as wont fix because the Empathy dev's have no desire to change the icons, whether or not Ubuntu chooses to change the icons in the distro?
