Public bug reported:

*.a             usr/lib/nx/
*.a             usr/lib/

in debian/libxcompshad-dev.install means that the .a file will be shipped twice,
which is a waste, and unusual.

Is this required? If it's required to be at both paths wouldn't a symlink work
better?
