Environment used for testing: Dell XPS m1330 ( Intel Corporation PRO/Wireless
3945ABG [Golan] Network Connection )

then again in Jaunty, but it appears to have re-surfaced.
Steps to Reproduce:
1) Boot with switch set to disable wifi and BT
2) Move switch to enable wifi and BT
3) Reboot
Expected result:
2) Both come back up
Actual result:
2) BT comes back up but wifi stays down
