Perhaps I misunderstood what your point was... I thought you were saying that other file managers wouldn't accept a "/", and that therefore this was not a bug.
So when I produced a simple counter-example of an app using "/" in a filename, I thought that meant that this would be re-classified as a valid bug. However, this hasn't been re-classified back to being valid, so I think I must have misunderstood your point.
