Well, I can tell you I did a clean package bare metal install, and applied the updates immediately afterwords. I didn't install anything else before testing. I can reinstall to see if I can replicate the problem. I can also provide more specific hardware info if asked (Dell xps 420) I do know that the Jango support lists the following:
