I try to reproduce this in Karmic up to date with totem 2.27.2 and I can
confirm this problem too (Jaunty works fine!). May you please include
the resulting file of: GST_DEBUG_NO_COLOR=1 GST_DEBUG=*:2 totem 2>
log.txt
