LOCAL DAY calculation for 1250AM.

The DISPLAY (on my monitor) of same:
Aug 06, 1250 AM (should be Aug 5, I guess)
This results in display as Aug 6 (should be Aug 5, I guess)
And therefore a day misplaced (out of sequence) on my screen/monitor.
