Binary package hint: acpi-support
This bug is very similar to bug 82463, but it also happens on a rather
long lid close/open cycle. This is on a fresh Feisty Herd 3 install on a
Dell Latitude X1. This is also a regression to Dapper, which reliably
switched on the display after re-opening the lid (but also switched it
when moving the mouse while the lid remained closed).
In order to get the display back, I had to switch to a text console,
then back to X (Alt-F7).
