Probably the same bug as I reported in 81306, but no wireless network on this machine. As it booted, it announced a crash, and directed me to the following crash file.
Not sure if it's relevant, but I remember that I had to follow some extra instructions when I first configured the machine for Japanese some months ago, but I'd never seen these crashes until just recently. What I can remember of the installation problem was that it seemed to install completely, but was not ready until some kind of environment tweaking.
