Looking at your DpkgTerminalLog I see the following:

It seem you may have downloaded a corrupted.deb file. Can you try
removing /var/cache/apt/archives/linux-
headers-2.6.28-15_2.6.28-15.49_all.deb a try the update again? Thanks.
