Public bug reported:
After an unclean shutdown Karmic hangs during bootup.
The last message I get on the console is that the filesystem is not clean, but
instead of running fsck, nothing happens.
Running Karmic with latest updates applied (as of 27.08.2009) in a VirtualBox
(3.0.4, guest additions installed) with a reiserfs disk.
