That is the one from the auto generated report from install, as you spotted with another bug report here, it seems the install isn't even appending information to the syslog after the rsyslogd line at the end of the included file, I did another install and compared it, that file ended up the same with different dates in it.
hmm after a check around for where it was outputting I found it's moved to /var/log/installer/debug file I have attached this file to help find the problem (as it has got the grub errors at the end of it).
