util-linux 2.16-1ubuntu1
The /etc/init.d/hwclock.sh tests for "$GMT" = "-u"
but /etc/default/rcS has GMT=yes
the net result is the hwclock is treated as localtime.
This could be fixed by fixing either of these files.
