Thanks, arky. I did attempt to identify the package name using apport (I thought that was the Alt-F2 option where I entered ubuntu-bug gnome- about-me), and the Help menu function doesn't exist in the application. I used the System Monitor utility to find the name of the process which is why I labeled it as gnome-about-me as that is what was listed in System Monitor. I also Googled for gnome-about-me and also went to the Ubuntu package list website to try to find the correct name of the package, but could not find it. If you could provide other steps for me to identify the package name, I would be glad to find and report that name.
