Binary package hint: synaptic
1-Wont Run:
Graphical Synaptic wont run after "starting administrative application" panel
task item showed for some seconds.
2-Recovery mode package repair didn't fix it.
3-Run:
Terminal:
sudo synaptic
openned it normally. I could search for, and install software. After closing
it, it still not running when selected from graphical [System->Administration]
menu
4-Terminal result:
besides opening the graphical Synaptic application, I got those lines in the
terminal, I hope they help:
